Where have they been my whole life?? This is the cleanest office I have ever been to and I have tried other offices to find the best one where I feel comfortable. Once you walk in you are greeted by the nicest and kind people at the front desk. They are very informative and patient with you. I was treated with kindness by their dental assistant Carolyn. She was very sweet and knew what she was talking about. I was taken care of by Dr.

Fahimeh who was such a warm caring person. I truly recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Oh and I cannot forget the hygienist Mena. She was amazing! I have never been treated with respect and kindness in a dentist office. And they actually explain things to you and work with you and your needs. Once you go to Fort mill Smiles you never go back to your old dentist.

Trust me I have had the worst ones in the past. This place is the best of the best!!! P. S. I over heard Dr Fahimeh speaking with another patient before me and I knew right away I would love her. She is just the sweetest most kind dentist I have ever met!

Nupie Dubior

I'm going to try and keep this short and simple. I take very good care of my teeth and gums but according to this establishment I had "decay" on certain teeth that could only be fixed by placing via crown(s). I believe this to have been a scare tactic used by the office to push a patient (me) to get and pay for crowns out of pocket.

Not only have they not filed any of my claims properly, they refuse to provide PROOF to my insurance that crowns were necessary instead of fillings. I want to also mention they charged me DOUBLE what the negotiated amount should be! I'm telling you right now I will be requesting a full refund for the amount I've paid out of pocket for unnecessary dental work and the fact that my once permanent teeth have been ruined. Not to mention at least 2 of the dentists there don't know what they are doing.

My last visit the dentist bent the needle when trying to numb my mouth mind you, it wore off before the procedure was complete. She even went as far as to say that I was "sensitive" so she had to numb me more. I could go on about my last visit and previous visit but I'm going to save that for litigation if they don't do the right thing!

Let me start by saying that my first visit to this office was not a pleasant one. It was around six months ago, and I thought I would not be back. Then I lost a filling. It was easier to go back to this office then to hunt for a new dentist office and have to start all over again with full x-rays, etc. . Well, let me say that I am so glad I ended up going back.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk on. Carolyn, the dental assistant is awesome! Her knowledge and sincere caring nature puts you immediately at ease as does her concern with your comfort. She’s always checking to make sure that you’re OK! And Dr Fahimeh, who was not at this practice the first time I was there, was absolutely wonderful! (We even got to chat about our families). Because there were health factors involved, she was very concerned and suggested I get the OK from my doctor before any other procedures that might be more invasive were done. I truly appreciated that. I would much rather be safe than sorry.

And when was the last time that your dentist and dental assistant called you two days later to ask you how you’re feeling and to make sure you weren’t in any pain? That has never happened to me. So if you’re looking for a new dentist, please give them a try. I highly recommend this practice.

Extremely disappointed with the pricing practices at this dentistry. My boyfriend was quoted one price, but after paying half, the total cost suddenly doubled without prior notice. This kind of misleading pricing is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency and honesty from the start. Would not recommend.
