I enjoy my experience at Night and Day. The staff is very professional and courteous and they treat me with respect as well. My second cleaning was done in a timely fashion and the dental assistant did an awesome job as well.

The times work very well for me as well with the way that my schedule is I am able to schedule a appointment and get in without any issues at all. I made a great choice by choosing night and day as my dentist office.

I love Dr. Riley and her energy. She was very pleasant. However, I didn’t feel like the hygienist Julie was nice. She gave me a side smile and her energy was off. Maybe because it was late in the day but other than that. The place was clean and people was friendly

Very disappointed with my experience here. My appointment took a couple hours because the equipment was not working while I was there so I spent a lot of time sitting. The woman at the desk who took my insurance info was on the phone with her significant other the entire time which led to her putting insurance info into the system incorrectly. Which then led to claims being denied.

I was randomly sent an electronic statement 5 months later with an incorrect bill. After attempting to call and visit the Steele creek office numerous times and not getting any calls answered(office closed during office hours when in person too) I tried another location. They said they’ve called and sent letters but I have never gotten anything other than the 5 month late electronic statement. I do have informed delivery so I know I haven’t gotten anything from the dental office.

Unfortunately they cannot do anything to help because their system is automatic so my bill may now be sent to collections at any moment because of their mistakes. I will not be visiting this office again and would not recommend to anyone.

Website is up and running no open locations in the Charlotte area they’re not doing business in Charlotte anymore, I called the number and that’s what they told me
