After having a root canal from Dr Jenna Gaw (awesome experience for root canal if possible-see her review) in Elgin. My DDS back home recommended having tooth extracted vs crown placement. Dr Gaw said the 80% molar left was salvageable recommended Dr Franklin. He did an awesome job & his staff was stellar. They accommodated my schedule, 60min drive. He also recommended another crown in the future b/c he could visually see cracks.

To prevent possible future root canal, decided to have him do another crown. He commented that I grind my teeth & would probably benefit from a night guard. Felt comfortable w/his assessment & decided to be fitted w/night guard upon his recommendation. There was no pressure for a second crown or being fitted for guard. He treats you like family, excellent DDS & would give him & his staff 10☆ L

Best dentist ever!!! I went without for several years knowing I had cavities. I was referred to here and they are so friendly and gentle. I added my daughter to my insurance so she can go to him. She had dental trauma. She loves them. The dental hygienist is great too.

I had a wisdom tooth causing lots of pain and Franklin dental was able to get me in same day. Like 4 hours after I called, which was amazing. Staff is super nice. Felt no pain during tooth extraction. The Dr was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. In and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Franklin is one of the best. He got me in ASAP when I was having a dental emergency and needed a particularly difficult wisdom tooth removed. He checked in with me the next day and was always available to answer my questions.

His office staff is incredibly kind as well. He also helped a friend of mine finally get her dentures after being without teeth for two years. You couldn't ask for a better dentist or a kinder human being!
