I originally came in for a second opinion on a root canal, and I’m so glad I did. The team was able to accommodate my schedule quickly and walked me through the entire process with care and clarity. They got me started right away, and even when my temporary crown came off, they made it easy to come back in and have it replaced without any hassle.

Every dentist and front office staff member I’ve interacted with has been fantastic—friendly, communicative, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I called Franklin Dental due to severe pain from a broken tooth. When I called the staff handled my call with such care and concern. It was my first time at Franklin Dental and I really loved how everyone there handled me with such great care from the front Desk, to the dental assistant Ashley who did my consultation and x’ray with such patience and care, down to Dr. Robby who came in with such great energy and bedside manner. The place is super clean, the atmosphere is really nice with soft music playing and comfortable seating in the sitting area while you wait to be called.

I will definitely return. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you again staff of Franklin Dental! and a very special shout out to Ashley and Dr. Robby for the care you provide.
