The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! I have two sons, one of which deals with hefty anxiety. The staff was so patient with him and made him feel at ease. They explained step-by-step what they were doing and allowed him to ask many questions.

We switched to this practice after feeling like just another number at our previous dentist. WOW, it was the greatest decision we ever made! The front desk ladies are truly the most welcoming humans, during the first visit and every visit after that. The staff takes their time with you, there is never a moment you feel like just a number to them.

My daughter now also goes to the orthodontist within this practice and they are so accommodating to your schedule and understand when emergencies happen and are quick to get you in. I truly thought I lost hope when we watched our previous practice change so much, but this dental office has restored my faith that good offices that care and take their time truly do exist. Everyone also seems happy working there and that speaks volumes! So grateful a family friend recommended them!

The best!!! My kids love this practice and always look forward to the dentist. Front staff, doctors and hygienists are all wonderful. We’ve only had a very positive experience each time we visit. It’s a bit of a drive for us but worth it!

We waited over a month for our appointment and completed multiple intake forms detailing my toddler's autism diagnosis and specific needs, only to arrive and find that the staff had no training, understanding, or resources for handling a neurodivergent child. It was disheartening and upsetting as a parent to feel so unseen and unsupported. Instead of offering guidance or even attempting to build trust with my son, we were quickly dismissed with a referral and told, essentially, “Good luck finding a local doctor with hospital privileges. ” It felt more like being pushed aside than being cared for.

If you are a special needs parent looking for compassionate, informed care, especially for a child with autism, this was not the experience we had here. I hope they reconsider how they approach neurodivergent families and invest in training and resources to better serve all children.
