I went there for about 5-10 years and never had a problem till about a year or two ago. The lady at the front desk on the orthodontist side is very rude she started many arguments and always had a nasty attitude over all she is not a very nice lady.

. I also went to get a root canal and the woman doing it perceived to put the stick with Numbing stuff on it in my mouth and just left it there so my whole mouth and throat was num.

Then today I went in for a cleaning and the woman doing it was hitting my tongue with the tools and I was having a break down in the chair because I told her to be careful with Certain teeth and she didn’t not care and I was in pain and I was choking do to her not rising my mouth out then we went to go get an X-ray and she redid one side 3 times and then she was making me choke on the X-ray pice multiple different times and she Huff and puff and said “can we try this again” in a nasty tone so I got up and walk out and they told me I could not be seen there anymore. Just over all so of the people are not very nice people to work with

Very knowledgeable and they get you in and out. No sitting around waiting. My grandson had a tooth pulled and was in no pain whatsoever and eager to come back for the next visit. Excellent dental practice!

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My appointment was canceled without letting me know cause my insurance “inactive”. I called my insurance and did a three way call with the office so they would verify it was indeed active but the receptionist was completely rude. My insurance offered many different ways to verify everything was good but the office would not accept.

Not a great experience for me. Had two root canals done, had to return the next day because Tylenol 3 wasn’t easing my pain and was prescribed antibiotics for a tooth that is not infected!!! Let’s be clear, experiencing some pain is common sense, but experiencing pain that isn’t eased in the least by Tylenol 3 is something different. If it had eased the pain and made it manageable I would have been cool but that wasn’t the case and was explained to the Dr. Ben. Prescribing antibiotics didn’t address my issues of pain.

No matter how you respond to this post to save face, you didn’t address my needs and I’m probably not the only person this has happened to. Needless to say I’m still in pain and miserable. Still finding another dentist asap. Still never returning
