Staff were friendly and professional, my appointment felt efficient but not like they were just rushing to get me out the door. I tend to ask a lot of follow up questions at any kind of appointment, and every staff member I talked to here was patient and thoroughly answered everything I was wondering about, which was very reassuring.

They also made sure to check my insurance before/during so we didn't do anything unnecessary that wouldn’t be covered & I didn’t get surprised about what wasn’t covered after the fact. Would recommend! Also one of the gentlest cleanings I’ve had :)

Excellent service from the staff! The entire visit with my family was such a breeze. The staff was more than friendly with how they offered breaks and checked in the ensure I was completely comfortable during my cleaning.

Speaking of clean, the place was simply spotless, especially the bathrooms! With a homey feel, and open layout, the whole office felt more like a friend's house than a dentist office! Put short, I cannot recommend this place enough! 🫶

2-3 years ago i had dental implants done and my experience then was AWFUL. (which they knew because i consistently expressed this frustration) but im writing this now because one of the crowns on my implants just fell out! im now a college student and live states away so im left to deal with this on my own, but it just simply reminds me of how awful my experience was in the first place. after reading the response about them using a weaker cement i’m honestly not shocked.

the dentist and assistants couldn’t numb me properly so i went through the appointments completely awake and felt EVERYTHING. (which is not normal no matter how they would like to respond to this, im aware everyone is awake for implant procedures but having to feel everything, including stitches is NOT normal. not only were they incapable of making it a slightly less painful experience, but the “flippers” and retainers they provided me with were constantly breaking.

before getting my implants i heard great stories from people who went elsewhere and i wish i could say the same. THOUSANDS worth of dental work due to a birth defect and they don’t even hold up. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
