I went in 2022, I was told I had multiple cavities but needed to get my wisdom teeth out first. I got my wisdom teeth out, but life happened and I just went in today in order to try and start the process for dentures as I have a genetic condition that can deteriorate my teeth. But all of the sudden when I want dentures my teeth are perfectly fine with no issues.

This office only cares about making money off of you, not actual dental care. The hygienist was an absolute delight tho!

Wow, this is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. We have regretted choosing this place since my loved one first got her braces. I took my loved one for her routine check up, which is usually a hassle to begin with because of the high turnover rate of dentists and dental hygienists. She is a teenager who hasn't even graduated high school, yet this new, ADULT Dentist we have never seen before was badgering her for not remembering certain details that should be in the facility's records to begin with.

After attending every appointment for 4 years straight, she STILL has braces despite only needing them originally for 9 months, which is already sketchy and dishonest. The staff is rude, disorganized, sketchy, unprofessional, and incompetent. Don't waste your time, money, or insurance on this place.

I had a cavity in my back tooth and I needed it pulled. The dentist was having such a hard time taking my tooth out, he was tugging and pulling and he still couldn't pull it out. After what seemed like forever he finally got the tooth out, but in the process he accidentally loosened the tooth next to the one he was originally pulling. So, now he proceeds to tell me he will have to pull that one out also.

Great, I have to get 2 teeth pulled rather than one. At this point I just wanted him to do what he needs to so I can be done with this extrusiating process. Once it was all said and done and the numbing medicine wore off I was in so much pain. The dentist literally cut my lips and gums so many times! Not only that, I had a piece of bone sticking out of my gums where he cut me! I called the office and they told me I needed to return to the office, (so the dentist could look at this piece of bone sticking out of my gums.

) I was so upset because I was out in California due to family. I couldn't return to the office and I was in so much pain because the piece of bone sticking out of my gums was poking the side of my mouth! I couldn't even eat properly. Needless to say, DON'T GO HERE!
