I have had the most horrible service with this dentist office. I’ve seen three different dentists over my visit within the last two years. My very first appointment my son waited 45 minutes for the dentist. I’d already taken off work, which is why we stayed. And now I have been waiting on a crown for almost 2 months.

The dentist who did the prep work was rude and didn’t care about the fact that he was in someone’s mouth. He was rushing me. And then they had a dental hygienist who was equally rude and when I said that he was hurting me, he just walked away. And I have made two phone calls to the office to try to get in contact with the regional manager and I keep getting the runaround so I will again ask for the information when I go in for my appointment on the 26th to get my permanent but I just wanted to share with everyone please don’t go to the dentist. Please go anywhere other than this dentist you will do better doing your own dental work

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for almost two years. My first visit was absolutely perfect—the doctor I saw then (a kind, blonde lady) was the best I’ve ever met. She was soft-spoken, compassionate, and really took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. After she went on maternity leave, I began seeing Dr. Kommineni. On occasions when he wasn’t available, I was seen by Dr. Danze, and unfortunately, my experience with him has been extremely disappointing. I have a known issue with getting numb for procedures—it typically takes around five - shots of anesthetic before I can be treated without pain. With Dr.

Danze, one visit in particular stands out as the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t numb yet, and it was obvious I was in pain. Chris, one of the assistants, even reminded him that I usually require a higher dose, but Dr. Danze continued the procedure anyway, saying I’d “get there at some point. ” I was crying in the chair. It was unbearable, and I just hoped it would end quickly. In another appointment, he treated me so impersonally it felt like I was just an object to get through—not a human being. All my friends told me after that, that I should have made a scene, but I was too hurt and shocked to say it do anything but cry. I don’t understand how someone can do it.

That said, I want to highlight the incredible staff who have made a lasting impression. People who made me come back all this time. Victor and Chris are fantastic—always patient, kind, and doing everything they can to ensure I'm comfortable. Annette is another standout—extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. And I can’t say enough good things about Abby and Rachel at the front desk. They’re always a pleasure to talk to, helpful, and genuinely go above and beyond to assist with any issues. The clinic has some true diamonds on staff, and I’m grateful to the team members who consistently show care and professionalism. I only wish every doctor there treated patients with the same level of empathy.
