All the 5 star reviews are WELL DESERVED. I was in need of an emergency extraction due to another dentist office not fully completing the initial one. EVERYONE here was EXTREMELY kind from the time I booked the appointment, to the time that I left. They were fast, efficient, caring, and affordable. I will be making this office my primary dental care. I loved it, thank you!

I found this dentist online with a very high rating and great reviews. Today was my FIRST VISIT…. did I mention that I HATE dentists 😩.

But Dr Pollack was soooo nice, professional and crystal clear about everything he was doing! The staff were extremely warm welcoming which helped to ease my anxiety🩷. I’m so glad I found them and will be referring him to ANYONE I KNOW that’s looking for a caring, gentle, professional AND AFFORDABLE dentist! Thank you for making my visit as easy as humanly possible because YOU DID JUST THAT!

Beautiful office. The decor was eye catching and calming. I spoke with Karen several times via phone and text messages concerning my insurance plan and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. Alex and Dr. Pollock were very friendly and professional.

They explained everything very clearly and provided information about how to proceed with my two daughters dental care. Also, my family recently relocated to Charlotte from Gainesville Florida and to our surprise that Dr. Pollock shared that he is a University of Florida grad. Overall it was a great experience.
