I have Cigna dental insurance. I’d like to start off by saying that Dr Phade did a fantastic job and this review is not a reflection of her or her work as dentist. This is a review for Maria, the person working the front desk. When I checked into my appointment she told me that my insurance covered all of it.

Those were her exact words Upon completion Maria came into the room to tell me she just got off the phone and my insurance was actually out of network and that I would owe $160. 00. When I asked her why she told me insurance would cover me 100% when I checked in if that wasn’t the case she flipped the blame on me and told me it was my sole responsibility to check if my insurance was in network. She then went on to say that she had 20 years of experience and that I should have made sure I was in network then said sorry you should have checked and left the room.

Maria was very unprofessional and towards the end was flat out rude. I would have had no problem if she was honest about it from the start and would have continued to see dr phade moving forward, However, because of how I was treated by Maria I will be going elsewhere

I cannot recommend Dr. Phade and her staff enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The entire team made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my visit. Dr. Phade is truly skilled at what she does and I felt confident in her care.

Not to mention, she is very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic dentist and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you Dr. Phade and team for all that you do!

Randolph Dental Care deserves every bit of these five stars! I’ve always felt anxious about dental procedures due to past bad experiences and pain, but Dr. Shradha Phade completely changed that for me. She was incredibly understanding, took the time to explain each step, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I initially went in for a regular checkup, and when she found I needed a root canal, she referred me to an endodontist Dr. Novick the same day.

I was able to get the root canal done immediately, and just two days later, Dr. Phade handled my crown fitting with the utmost care and precision. Having the equipment for crown buildup right in her office made the process even faster and more convenient. Her empathy and professionalism truly put me at ease, and I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist. Highly recommend Randolph Dental Care for anyone looking for a positive and comfortable dental experience!
