ADDRESS 2374 GRAND CONCOURSE IN THE BRONX NOT GREAT the 2 dental ASSISTANTS WERE VERY LOVING BUT DR. CHEUNG IS INSENSITIVE SO HE DID CHECKED MY HISTORY WELL BUT FAILED TO TREAT ME WITH the DELICACY I NEEDED I have an autoimmune disorder so THIS MAKES MY MOUTH VERY SENSITIVE BUT INSTEAD OF NUMBING ME BEFORE THE cleaning A INTENSE CLEANING AT THAT HE WAS STUBBORN THOUGH I SQUIRMED WITH PAIN AND GREAT DISCOMFORT SO THOUGH HE SEEMED MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN ANY OTHER DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD (he continued to give me unnecessary info.

that for the most part I knew but some OF IT was GREAT, he FAILED TO CARE ABOUT ME HE’S rude & CAUSE TOO MUCH pain HE rushed TOO MUCH anything HE NEEDS A MUCH BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER When a patient says he/she is in pain A GREAT Dentist will make SURE TO TAKE steps to get rid OF OR AVOID PAIN & INSTEAD THE DENTIST WILL numb that person’s MOUTH ACCORDINGLY PAIN can & should be avoided in the dentist chair, SO I ALREADY SWITCHED TO ANOTHER DENTIST BUYER BEWARE!!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re forced to. It’s very ghetto. Unprofessional. The doctor lied and said I didn’t have any cavities.

I went to another dentist and they said other wise. ( I can literally see a cavity inside my mouth) the guy doctor seemed out of it like if he hated his job. The hygienist was nice but didn’t use any numbing gel which left my teeth very irritated for days

Came in because of tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal done and that the dentist would do it next visit. I come in next visit, just to come back within a couple weeks to do it again because shortly after, the filling came out. I had it "redone" just to have to come a THIRD time because a week later I’m experiencing severe pain on the tooth and the gum surrounding it becomes extremely swollen. When I come in the get it checked, all the dentist tells me is, "this is infected. I can’t do anything about it, you’ll need to see a root canal specialist" are you serious? You do a bad job and now it’s my job to fix it.

Why start the root canal if you aren’t able to finish it and correct the mistakes. He gave me antibiotics but that’s all, no referral. When I call back the front desk tells me they have a root canal specialist there… why wasn’t I told this? Never going back. Horrible experience, never had to deal with something like this at a dental spot.
