I've been going here for years and I wouldn't change a thing. Doc and his team are amazing. They are consistent when it comes to appointment reminders and compassionate when it comes to my treatments. Each time they make sure I am comfortable with every treatment.

From the beginning they have been honest with me when it comes to my treatments and what to do and what not to do. Since we have great communication about my treatment plans, I haven't had any complications with any work they have did for me. I will always go to Gentle Dental. -Wykesha

Gental Dental is anything but GENTAL! A friend recommended this dental office to me. The staff was nice however, the dentist was extremely rude and had the worse bedside matter! I was told to open my mouth so that he could numb me as he was pulling on my jaw and yelling wider! I put both of my arms up to signify "stop"! There is no way i would patronize any business with my money and get treated badly.

Then he proceeded to tell his assistance "I don't have time for this"! Refer her to an oral surgeon! I heard him say damn under breath. I would not refer a dog to this place!! He has no respect for his patients and acts like they are beneath him!

The nurse wouldn't answer my questions. She said, "Don't worry about any of that, we know what we are doing. " Then she numbed my jaw, and left me for an hour and a half waiting for the dentist. By the time he FINALLY came in, I said the numbing agent had worn of. He said, "OH, you must have built up quite a tolerance. " I said, "I don't do drugs and have no tolerance to speak of.

" He looked at the nurse and said, "See, he knew what I was talking about. " Nurse did not answer me, dentist accused me of drug addiction. I took a day off work to be ignored and demeaned. Worst dentist office ever.

I went to inquire about Invisalign, and everything went good. I had to schedule me an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays which is where everything went wrong. Dr. Garner is very rude. I asked him would whatever he was doing hurt, he said no in which IT DID. Which is understandable because I am at the dentist and had a lot of build up plaque, but then he proceeded to tell me I don’t brush my teeth and I have poor hygiene when it comes to cleaning my teeth.

ALL BECAUSE I SAID IT HURT. I came to the dentist because I wanted help with improving the health of my teeth, not to be put down about it. And let’s be clear, I have no problem with what he said, but I do have a problem with HOW HE SAID IT and how he treated me. His dental assistant was very respectful, and helpful and I wish her the best. But for Dr. Garner, DO NOT GO TO HIM.

He’s very disrespectful and you don’t want anybody that’s disrespectful working on your teeth, in fact you want THE EXACT OPPOSITE. The one thing I expect out of a provider is one with respect for their patients, Dr. Garner don’t have that. Please, be better to future patients.
