I've been with Gentle Dental for more than 10 years and I always have a pleasant experience. Dr. Fletcher, Jherferson, Uriel and Marley have always been very helpful and nice to me. The office always seems to show concern regarding their patients' oral health and provides insights into oral health maintenance.

TLDR: I will no longer promote gentle dental as a reasonably priced and reputable dental practice, due to their clear mismanagement of patient records and lack of follow-through. It makes me really sad to have to poorly review gentle dental in general, given that I had a really great experience with them in the West Seattle office. However, I have called multiple times, I have left numerous voicemails, requesting not only an appointment slot to continue the work, I started in West Seattle but also a request for the medical records that they had transferred from the West Seattle office to this office and Capitol Hill, after the West Seattle office closed.

At no point has anyone from this office called me back to provide me any information. Now I am forced to bring my business to a new dentist and start the process all over again.

Switching Dr. is stressful but it was a breeze to switch to Gentle Dental! I got on the schedule way earlier than expected and when new appointments/schedules needed to change, the FD assistants were great at communicating. Doctor and cleaners themselves also have a lovely bedside manner, personality. Seems a lovely place to work too! I recommend Gentle Dental for your cap hill dentist✨
