If I could I would give them 0 stars . They told me because of 48 hours police to come sick.We can't choose when to get sick.So if you are hit buy the truck on the way to their office they will discharge you permanently, because you didn't cancel or reschedule 48 hours before appointment.

I just want say thank you for the staff at Gentle dental care ! Everyone was so polite and friendly! To the lady that did my x-ray! Thank you ! If l had to give a rating it would be a 100 ! Why a 100! Because they did above and beyond taking care of there patients, with care! Again l say thank you!

Worst experience of my life. All of a sudden I didn't have an apt, and they don't take my insurance even though I confirmed a million times with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME *Note to the owner. . . .

You're right I'm not a patient. I only talked to your staff 3-4 other times to confirm you accept our insurance, and to schedule. They had me wait so I did. Then scheduled months ago for today to be told I don't have an apt AND you don't take my insurance LOL Oh and you are on the list of providers my insurance takes so thanks for the useless advice! Hope you all have the day you deserve.

Behind The Veil

I've gone here to get my wisdom teeth taken out and had a great experience. I then wanted to make an appointment for a regular cleaning after waiting until I was no longer pregnant, and they gave me an appointment 3 months out. I took it and decided to get everything situated for when I needed to go. My previous dentist that didn't take my insurance told me I had 13 superficial cavities that should be filled to avoid any kind of issues, so I was looking forward to it. I got to my appointment and the woman who seemed to not speak too great of English, but did speak Spanish, sat me down and took this small handheld x-ray machine to take my teeth x-rays. It didn't seem to work very well and I'm not sure why they didn't take me over to the large machine like they did before but they couldn't take them at that time due to my pregnancy. The dentist then came in and asked me if I was in any pain, and I pointed to one of my front teeth that had been hurting me for a bit of time. I was then told by him that it was "just gingivitis" and I had no cavities! (He hasn't even looked in my mouth fully at this point).

He also looked at my tooth in the front and said that the spots I see are just "leftover composite from braces". . . . . . . I haven't had braces for over 10 years and I told him that it started 2 years ago almost and the rot had slowly gotten worse and feels uncomfortable into my gums and jaw.

He swears that my tooth will get better if I "buy this toothbrush" and "brush better". Are you serious? My appointment ended up taking a total of maybe 10 minutes after waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Nothing was done to help me, not even a cleaning, and I was sent home with an advertisement pamphlet. Seriously unprofessional to not listen to your patients when they tell you something important like that. I'll be trying to find a different dentist from now on.
