Becareful! Here is not Gentle at all! • A nurse performed an X-ray without explaining the procedure or obtaining proper informed consent. • During the X-ray, the nurse injured my mouth, causing pain and discomfort. • Despite injuring me, they failed to capture a proper X-ray image. • After causing harm, the clinic refused to provide further treatment and dismissed me without care.

• The dentist and staff acted negligently and refused to treat my injury. • The front desk denied me access to the restroom and drinking water for rinsing, instead mockingly telling me to buy water myself. • The overall behavior of the clinic staff was discriminatory and abusive.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, from confirming my insurance to booking the appointment. Their professionalism and politeness stood out. Dr. Jason Lee was very gentle during the cleaning procedure, making it a comfortable experience. All the staff were warm and friendly throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place!

When I came. I was always helped by the front desk. They helped clarify everything and let me know what I can and can’t do. Helped me with my insurance. Recently, I needed to get my teeth checked for a job. They gave a good price out of pocket due to my insurance change. When I needed to get my tooth taken out, they sent me to a good dentist around 180th street. I never was let down.

Dr. Hubscher is very pleasant, professional and has a fantastic bedside manner. I was a nervous wreck about needing two root canals but he really put me at ease by not being dismissive, condescending nor arrogant. He understands that every patient is different with varying needs. After having had a bad experience with a dentist with zero integrity and no skill, it was refreshing to have a dentist, who knows what he's doing, treat me with the kind of respect I'm sure he'd want should he be in my position.

I found the office to be clean and the front desk pleasant. C (not posting her name for privacy purposes), the dental assistant who works with Hubscher, is very sweet. She knew I wanted to run and offered me words of encouragement throughout both procedures. I hope to never, ever need a root canal but, if I do, Dr. Hubscher will be the dentist I see.

I'll also see him for any other oral care needs because he's pretty fantastic. There's a female dentist in the office and, while she didn't treat me, she speaks to her patients with respect and comes across as very pleasant. Dr. Li seems a bit self-important but I can't speak to his skill as a dentist.
