The hygenist was wonderful, and I’m sorry I had to stop patronizing this place because I truly loved her. But the practice as a whole will scam you with all sorts of upselling of worthless treatments, try to trick you into getting cleanings your insurance won’t pay for, and then send you bills with no explanation. When I asked for an itemized invoice, they sent my bill to a collection agency, and then when I sent them a check they refused to cash it and now it is affecting my credit score. They refuse to respond to my inquiries, and overall I would not recommend them at all.

Even though the hygenist is lovely. Re: the owners response below: I have contacted the office directly multiple times, including several emails and a note I sent in the mail with my check. This has been going on literally for months and I’ve never seen a response nor have they cashed my check. They now have my money and it’s still affecting my credit score.

All I ever wanted was an itemized explanation of what the bill was for. I’m not in the habit of paying people just because they send me a random bill. I’ve been scammed like this before by medical offices.

The hygienist, Jenny, was excellent! Jenny was professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process of cleaning my teeth. Today was my first visit at this practice, and the entire staff raised the bar for me. I will no longer dread going to the dentist.
