Our experience with Infinity Dental was wonderful! We traveled from Cincinnati so my daughter could be treated by Dr. Evans. I never imagined she could get such amazing results! She had a very complicated case and now her smile is perfect!

I regretted doing adult Orthodontics treatment here. My before and after pictures show huge difference but obviously a lot prettier before…. After I paid tons of money, the promised effects were not delivered at all. My front teeth were shaved before I was consulted and agreed and it permanently thinned them and one of my front teeth were cracked with a visible line in the middle of the tooth. .

. Other than the empty promises - looking better, better smiles, more clear sinus channel etc. ( none of which were delivered), what were NOT communicated prior were how much pain you had to go through, thorough explanation of the procedure - drilling four screws on top of your mouth, the long duration while you were not in a presentable, decent shape with a huge gap between two front teeth; the permanent lingual bar on the lower teeth; more challenges to clean your teeth; and daily wear of retainer for the rest of your life…. . I was not a good candidate for orthodontic treatment at all; I found out the hard way.

In addition to teeth health issues, I felt I aged 10 years after her “treatment”. Plus all the additional cost incurred with implant replacement etc…. Don’t do it!!!!

My children have been receiving orthodontic care at Infinity Dental Specialists, at both the Glen Mills and Newtown Square locations for the past 9 years. They began at age 5 yrs for upper and lower palate expanders and are now in braces. They were born premature and required significant correction to make room for their teeth, correct snoring issues, and address jaw alignment. When my husband and I first walked into the IDS office our first impression was a state of the art dental practice, bright, open, clean, extremely modern and well designed. As for the people and services provided, I can honestly say we have not once had a negative experience.

They are personal, patient, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and skilled, gentle, warm, and understanding of how to make a potentially difficult and traumatic experience for a child into one that a child can understand and handle. From the start they sat down with us for as long as we needed to review and understand each of our son's individual needs and recommemded treatment plan. Their offices have all of the equipment necessary, including imaging. They showed us models of the mouth, teeth and where the devices would go inside the mouth, and they included our children as much as possible by having them choose the colors they wanted when they were preparing their expander molds. We have had after hour "emergencies" where Dr.

Evan's herself has picked up the call and responded. We've had tons of appointments that have had to be rescheduled at the last minute for various reasons and every single time the office responds kindly and flexibly and moves us to another appointment. I can't say enough how much I recommend IDS and how fortunate we are to have them treating our sons.

Dr. Evans is unprofessional and doesn’t care if she over expands children’s mouths that change their face. She expands to the extreme. She put an expander in my daughter and broadened her nose and changed facial features. My son didn’t even need an expander and she wanted out one in. She argued with me when I was concerned about facial changes. I do not recommend.

Dr. Costa is a better option if you want a natural smile. He only expands 25 turns my daughter was over 80. Grateful for his help after a traumatic experience with Dr. Evans.
