Scheduled an appointment after waiting so long to find a dentist that accepted my insurance. Two days before the appointment they messaged and said they don't take my insurance after all and that there's "nothing they can do" to get me scheduled at another office. I specifically asked about my insurance and they said they accepted it but I guess not. Make sure you double check if you are a new patient because they will just schedule you then say "you can pay out of pocket" since we don't accept it.

. . not impressed and I never stepped foot inside the building.

No comfortable waiting chairs. When you sit in the chairs and the waiting room there is no support in the seats so you sink down about 3 to 4 in then you can't get out of them. I don't know who purchased their waiting chairs but they need to go and get new ones. I cannot sit in the middle because I can't get out of them.

I have artificial knees and those there's just no way of sitting in them. They didn't think about everybody the only talking about looks. Yeah they look nice but it's terrible when you can't sit in the waiting room and wait for your dentist.

Went to this location last year with my wife for a routine exam and regular cleaning. After our exams,they came out with our results and we both had not only the same results,but also the same problems. I look at my wife's face like oh hell no way. Then the most bizarre of all this, they told me they have to pull out 2 of my back teeth before the can continue with the cleaning. Then they called my wife in and told her exactly the same thing, they have to pull out the same back teeth,at the same place for her.

I then proceeded to let the doctor know that, it might be a mistake there, maybe they are confused because we have the same last name. But, no they informed us there was no mistake. We said ok understood, and we never return to this place again. Will never go back. Avoid this place, money hunger and they will create any kind story to charge the insurance more.

The don't care about your health. I used to go to one of their locations on 56th st, they are the best,and they will never create any dubias story to get more money from you. If I can only give 0 star. We still have our results just in case they will comment to deny anything.
