Very nice people but the aid didn’t respect boundaries of personal touch and the doctor literally blew his nose with his gloves on and went to reach back in my mouth .. hands unwashed. Will NEVER see me again. But .. nice people

The owner was disrespectful to me and her employee. After asking about the confirmation of my insurance and noticed that my info( SS # DOB and name) was exposed to customers at the window she became irrate and said I didn't trust the doctor office and I couldn't be seen after waiting. She then told her employee ( older women.
God bless her fir still having t work at her age and to be talked down to like that) that she couldn't use the restroom and had to deal with me. The owner is the Indian, fast talking rude person at the front

This Dentistry office here in West Philadelphia is pretty cool It been here on chestnut street for a very long time staff and owner are pretty cool it's very convenient great location and they got the best dentist in Dr Jones I recommend him to anyone he's great at his profession. Literally the worst dentist ever, the actual person who went to pull my tooth out, didn’t want too, huff & puffed, was angry he didn’t numb me right. Total nightmare if I was to get into details it’s like he enjoyed me in pain. Never again, btw I just found this in my notes because I been meant to report them and file a grievance
