This is a very bad experience. They will hire people with no experience to serve you. From the moment she gave me an X-ray, I felt that she was inexperienced. Then when she was cleaning my teeth, she would forget to clean the upper right tooth. After I brought it up, she said it was already very clean and then polished the teeth. She would keep using the tool for rinsing the teeth, and then the water would splash all over your face.

The most ridiculous thing was that she couldn't even use dental floss. She would skip some of the tight gaps between her teeth. I reported to their front desk staff. They first said sorry and then said that there were still many people who liked their service. Don't you think your words are ridiculous? What a waste of time and money! I won't go here again.

I wish there were more stars because Dr. Stewart and his entire staff went above and beyond to very quickly resolve a very painful problem with a cracked tooth. I had been under the care of a different practice. I'd had two abcessed root canals when the cracked tooth was identified. It was very difficult to eat, sleep and I generally felt "unwell". I was offered an appointment at the end of June to have my tooth removed. I can't imagine how I would have lasted that long.

When I called Gentle dentistry, from the moment they answered the phone, I felt like finally I could get a faster resolution. I never expected that I'd go in for my initial appointment and have my tooth painlessly removed the same day. My tooth/tissue was badly infected, which he also resolved. He sent me on my way with an antibiotic and pain free mouth. Thank you Dr. Stewart and Gentle Dentistry!!! ⁰

very friendly and quick. went in not knowing what work needed to be done to fix a chipped tooth exposing the inside. they took an xray and filled the tooth all within 30 minutes! highly recommend.

Amazing place and amazing people! Little bit of back ground here, I am terrified of the dentist would rather swim with sharks or fight bears then go but I finally manned up and went. I needed a deep bacteria cleaning which they do over multiple days. Mary Ann is my hygienist and she is fantastic.

Dealt with all my BS and cry babying and made me feel comfortable and assured me we would get through it and we did. She even let me wear my VR headset which helped me immensely. She worked around it and dealt with my anxiety and fear and got me through it.

Still have half my mouth to go but the way they made me feel and assurance they gave me had me actually come back the next day. Actually 3 days in a row and will finish next week! If your looking for a fantastic dentist with and amazing staff then this is your place! If you need a hygienist ask for Mary Ann just not till after next week when I’m done! Lol I highly recommend and will be a repeat client for years to come. Thank you Lancaster gentle dentistry you guys got me to want to come to the dentist again!!
