I had an emergency and called the office as a new patient because they accepted my insurance. I am so glad I made the call. They were booked today but fit me right in and got me right back. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to me the entire time.

The dentist I had was delightful, friendly and took care of my emergency with ease. I now have a new dentist and very happy with the entire experience.

Another great job from Gentle Excellence!! We’ve been coming to these awesome people for over 5 years, and they have helped us in several ways. As a Veteran, they were able to get me connected to a program that allowed me to get my gumline rebuilt by an orthodontist, which allowed me to get my implants installed, saving me over $8000. They have continued to be kind and courteous on every visit and the reason for this message today is the win they did for my wife.

She has an appointment on Monday but today woke up with a swollen jaw, pain, and blisters on her gums. I called and asked if they had any ideas on how to alleviate her pain until her appointment on Monday and they told us if we could get up there within 20 minutes they could see us today. WOW.

I’m not sure if we got lucky and hit a cancelled appointment or if they were just trying to be as awesome as they are but I do know they found a pretty serious issue and was able to get some medicine called in, so we don’t have to go through the whole weekend with the infection spreading even worse. This means a lot to us, and they will be our dentist as long as we have teeth (which will be to the end of our days).

Went here for a long time but they’ve gotten terrible. Claimed they called me to confirm an appointment I had, but I had never gotten a call at all. They decided to give my appointment to someone else. Instead of giving me my appointment that I had scheduled, they said they could reschedule it for me and I said I’d rather not come back if they’re giving my appointment away.

The girl I was talking to hung up on me. I didn’t state it rude, I stated a fact and this unprofessional child decided hanging up on me was best. Don’t go to this ghetto dump, it’s nothing but disappointment.
