Have been going to the office for over 20 years. Kelly is the best and is always concerned about your comfort when doing your cleaning. She listens to your concerns and does her best to make your visit a pleasant experience. Dr Shaver has done excellent work for me over the years and made me smile again after years of neglect due to anxiety of dental procedures.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Jones in my recent visits and find him to be a great addition to the team. The entire staff at Gentle Family Dental are caring and compassionate and will do their best to help you.

I recommend this dentist 110%. Every single person in the office is extremely nice. They are very accommodating. They explain everything to you.

They make you feel so comfortable. Also they are really great at what they do. I had to get a lot of work done due to not going to the dentist for 12 years because I had a bad experience when I was 18. However, they have done an incredible job and made me love my smile again! Thanks for being amazing!

I had taken my niece in for a deep cleaning and a couple root canals. There was a couple other problems that after they looked at the x-rays that were brought to our attention each and every person starting with the registration girls. To everybody in between right down to the dentist were Extremely personable explained everything in detail making sure I understood the entire plan nobody was in a hurry, even though other patients are coming in they made sure we felt comfortable with the plan that they had put together for my nieces procedures. They made her feel comfortable We laughed several times with the staff myself I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years.

So while they were finishing up with my niece, I went ahead and registered myself to be seen thinking I would be given a time & date to come back NOT with this bunch so within an hour I was registered x-ray done and Dr. Shavers going over his dental plan with me, as me and my niece were walking out the door we looked up and seen a little sign above the door And it couldn’t be more true about this group of people I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being a pain in the rump for jumping on their schedule at closing, they didn’t have to do that. They could’ve gotten my insurance information and today come back such a such a date, but no they took care of me right then and there. I will definitely be Recommending this dentist office to all my family and friends Thank you to all the staff at Gentle family dental Y’all are a great group of people.
