The 3 stars are specifically for the Orthodontist department. I’ve been bringing my kid/sibling here since Dr . Max had the practice at the old site. However Dr.

Patty is great. Long story short my sister got braces on her bottom teeth 9/2024 all for them to be removed 1/2025 due to the egregious behavior of the Ortho Dr himself. In those 4 short months of my sister having her braces it’s been nothing but a chaotic and very unorganized experience! They need to do better in that department because it makes the over all practice look bad.

Prices they ask you to pay are $80 higher per month than advertised. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in office. I called one day to report an issue, then was told to email them. They gave me the wrong email (I repeated each letter and number as they said them to me). I called back and no one picked up. I got a call the next day, she told me I had the wrong email address so I said huh that’s strange but ok, please read the correct email to me so I can send over the pricing issue. She then hung up and did not call back.

I had to call back 2-3 times to speak with a representative. At that point I cancelled my appointment because if that’s what the front desk is like, god knows what issues I’d run into with the orthodontist. . the manager was pretty rude when I explained what happened and just said “ so is there anything I can help you with “ when I explained my experience. This place is a mess and I really dodged a bullet.

Great experience per usual! Extremely kid friendly, Dr. Pat is the greatest! Her staff are the most pleasant ever. I recommend Gentle Touch for all your kids dental needs.

Very unorganized. Hard to schedule/reschedule appointments. They waited until I got to my appointment to tell me that they canceled it. Can’t seem to keep their employees. There’s always somebody new. Most of the games are usually not working.
