Horrible experience. Please take the negative reviews here seriously; ISmile dental literally had an “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau- I wish I knew this before coming here. I went in for a crown and two fillings and left with pain in all three teeth- pain that I never had prior to seeing the dentist at ISmile Dental. After going to a different dentist for a second opinion, a more skilled dentist educated me that the filling was improperly packed. The dentist at ISmile Dental can’t even fill a filling- the most basic skill of all.

This establishment is a dental mill filled with poorly experienced, new grads. Now I fear I’ll have to get the permanent crown redone as well. . After having my filling corrected, I left my new dentist at Cedar Knolls Dental with less pain by the next day. ISmile dental told me I needed a root canal.

I don’t have dental insurance, so spending money- out of pocket- on improper/incorrectly done procedures is unfortunate. The ladies at ISmile Dental are nice enough, but niceness means nothing when you don’t have the skill or experience to help your patients. Save your coins and use them at a more established practice, with more experienced clinicians.

this place is AWFUL. my grandpa had to get all his teeth removed and get dentures. so they removed all his teeth and didn’t stitch his gums up after taking out all his teeth, then putting the dentures on top of the open wounds. my grandpa was gushing blood for 6 hours. we finally call the place and said hey is this normal and they said come back. so he did and they tried to help and still didn’t work.

he went to sleep and this morning he woke up and still was bleeding. we had to take him to the emergency room because that is not “normal” mind you my grandfather has diabetes so this could’ve ended really bad because he couldn’t eat,drink, or sleep which means he couldn’t take his medicine. the emergency room said you have to get stitches after getting a procedure that intense. so i wouldn’t call this a dentist i would call it a butcher shop. what they did was disgusting and could’ve led to a serious medical emergency.

From the first day I arrived as a new patient, I got a very good treatment, they helped me with the pain and attended me quickly, without a doubt I recommend this place 100%, also the treatment they give is excellent in this place, the assistants are always aware and help you understand things better if you are someone who does not speak English.
