My first consultation was at the Newport office, everyone was so friendly kinda like you was family. My appt to have my braces on was at the Morristown office, Chelsea at the front is so welcoming and very friendly. Amber that put my braces on, extremely friendly and very gentle. Dr.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. I had hoped to have a good experience at Dr. Gibson's office. I was told he and his staff would make me feel comfortable coming to be a patient during mid-life. While his staff tried to make me feel less self-conscious and was delightful and helpful, he was RUDE. In the middle of my asking a question about treatment, he cut me off and said: "Look. Be quiet. I'll explain this.

I am very busy. " That is literally what he said. I was shocked. I am a graduate student at an Ivy League university. I am researching and writing my thesis. I am also busy, but I made time to come to his office to seek treatment. If I can make time for him, he could take two seconds to answer my one question while treating me with the same level of respect he wants. He is lucky that I do have manners.

My first instinct was to say: "Well, we are done here," smile, and then leave. This man is supposed to be a professional. How a doctor treats his/her patients reflects the quality of their patient care. I was very disappointed in this experience and feel bad for his staff. They have to put up with his arrogant, condescending attitude. I will seek treatment elsewhere with an orthodontist who actually cares about his patients and treats them with respect.

Had a consultation at this orthodontist office, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. While I noticed many 5-star reviews online, my visit left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. First, the doctor was unprofessional and came across as cocky. He didn’t listen to my concerns or preferences, and at one point, he made an inappropriate comment about my appearance, saying, “You have nice lips. ” This was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable.

A medical professional should know how to communicate respectfully with patients, and this behavior was far from it. Additionally, the doctor insisted that metal braces were my only option. However, after consulting with two other orthodontist offices, I learned that clear aligners are a viable option for my case. This makes me question whether this doctor is keeping up with the latest advancements in orthodontic technology. Price-wise, this office was significantly more expensive than others I’ve visited.

Their quote was almost $2000 higher than Smile Doctors at Sevierville, which I highly recommend for their professionalism, transparency, and modern treatment options. Overall, I would not recommend this office. The lack of professionalism, outdated recommendations, and high prices make it a poor choice compared to other options in the area.

Great office. The workers are all nice and respectful. You can tell they all know what they are talking about, and they show your your teeth scans and explain them to you. I didn’t know if my teeth could be fixed for sure and they’re great now after only 1 1/2 years!
