I gave this a 1 start because of Lori at the front desk which after all of these years I found out that is the dentist wife. I got a call from them while my daughter was at the dentist having issues with my insurance. I told her I was in a meeting but would square up the insurance when i got out of the meeting. She said i will have to stop your daughter's cleaning but i have been going from for such a long time. She said I don't care, we have been burned before.

of course i got upset and then she told my daughter it's not your fault that your mom doesn't know which insurance you have. She seems nice but beware if you try to say something she doesn't like. Dr Vanstone is such a nice person. It's a shame that I have to switch. another example.

She called me and i was on the phone with the customer, i called her back within maybe a minute and she well i left you a long voicemail unforutunately. I asked her if she had an email address and I could easily send her my insurance card. she said well I don't need it now but wouldn't she just give me the email address anyway? I still don't know if they have an email address.

Dr. Troy Vanstone and staff are like family. Great doctor with great personality. My family has been with them for over 20+ years.
