I can’t even give a review on the actual dentist services because our appointment was cancelled the day of by them, due to a mistake on their end. I’ve called and called, left messages, and I’ve had no response. No one answers at the front desk so they expect you to send a text and HOPE someone calls you back. It’s been almost a month and still no response.

Make sure you’re ready to argue about your insurance with them too. Ours is active and they kept trying to tell me it wasn’t instead of confirming with the actual insurance group.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in helping patients. Instead of providing clear information, they acted as if any question was an inconvenience. The dental hygienist was no better—unprofessional and careless.

They seemed rushed and inattentive. Their attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values respect, good service, and professionalism. There are plenty of other dental offices that treat their patients with the care and attention !

Really like this place, I've been dealing with chemo and messed up teeth bad. They break easy, I had a cavity appointment on June 3 and went in early this morning to see if I could change to an extraction on different tooth cause broke and was extremely painful. They told me to sit for a bit and got me in immediately I got there at around 9 am and was out by 1030 all fixed up. Took a little longer cause I don't know if have tolerance to novicamne or what but had to get a couple more shots.

Definitely recommend, always take great care of me. Also kept my cavity appointment for next week too. Definitely a dentist office that I'll keep for long time! ♥️

These guys!!!!! Seriously cannot say enough great things about them! Dr. Carney and Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my bottom molar root canal. I have heard those are really painful. I had one root canal on a front tooth in the past (different office) and it was super painful. So hearing about molars being painful- I was nervous! These two did so great at making sure I was good and numb- and stayed that way! They checked on me frequently and I literally felt nothing! Except a little pressure when filling the hole with the material- but honestly, that felt relieving! No pain! I’m super grateful for these guys.

I drove 2 hours to have this procedure done, and I would gladly make that drive anytime for the kind of care I received. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant to work with. The office staff has been super kind to me these past couple months while trying to get appt setup and approved. Thank you all soooo soooo much! If you need to get a procedure done- I can’t recommend these guys enough! :) *Update- I wrote that review maybe like 6 hours after having the work completed. I still wasn’t in any pain from the work that was done.

Updating 24 hours after the root canal- I woke up in absolutely no pain at all! I had kind of expected a little soreness to occur the next morning- I mean it’s something that isn’t a natural occurrence going on with your body. So I expected a little soreness, and was informed there could be. My previous root canal (a different practice) I was literally sore for days! I can’t even tell a temporary crown is there. It isn’t rough, it isn’t aggravating my gums. I can’t imagine what the actual crown will feel like! No pain! I just can’t get over that!
