Dr Oh and staff a nice, friendly, and professional. I'm a nervous patient, but the gentle cleaning has been top notch. Great at educating me on how the brush properly. My last two dentists were not good. Dr Oh has a patient in me for life.

Dr. Oh is amazing — thorough, highly skilled, and genuinely caring. I have complete trust in him. When I first visited, I needed treatment for 6 cavities and 4 wisdom tooth extractions, all of which he handled successfully and with great care. He has helped me in so many ways. During a routine cleaning, he discovered an issue with the root beneath my 15-year-old gold crown. He took additional X-rays to confirm the problem and informed me that the root was infected and I needed a root canal.
He referred me to an excellent endodontist, and after the procedure, I finally experienced relief from the minor pain I hadn’t realized was caused by the infection. Afterward, Dr. Oh examined the gold crown and assured me that replacing it wasn’t necessary. He is down-to-earth and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Plus, his staff, Kim and Debbie, are amazing!

We can’t recommend enough, Glenwood Dental! The whole team is incredibly caring. From Dr Oh to Debbie at the front desk. They have a great attention to detail. Our whole family feels like we are in great hands!
March 9, 2025
I went to Glennwood dental to see Dr. Oh for a crown on my very back upper right tooth. I read all the five star reviews which confirmed that this would be a really good decision. I was trying to do the right thing for myself, get a bad tooth taken care of and hopefully, eventually afterwards, get invisalign. So on May 29th, 2024 I went in for my appointment. There were several red flags I noticed going in for my temporary crown. Main red flag was there was no communcation with me hardly at all in regards to what Dr. Oh and his assistant were doing. During the surgery, it wouldve been nice to actually know what to expect and for them to communicate what they were doing, but no. After my temporary crown was put on, I closed my mouth and immediately felt that I had a huge gaping bump on the side of my mouth. I asked to see a mirror and was in shock to see that they had over extended my mouth so much, that they literally ripped the side of my mouth open. Dr Oh actually had the audacity to tell me that i must have "bitten my own mouth" during surgery! I went on to say I absolutely did NOT bite my own mouth as my mouth was open the entire time! He said well, sometimes this happens and it’s normal. It healed fully in about two weeks. The real issue however, stayed with me much longer and is still ongoing five months later.
I tried to tell Dr. Oh and Debbie (the receptionist) that there was something very wrong with my jaw. At first he said it’s a pulled muscle in my jaw… he prescribed muscle relaxers that helped, but ultimately did nothing to heal. The pain from this injury was so severe that I could not open my mouth past a certain point for the entire month of June. I continued to call and express my concern that something is wrong. He went on to say that I must be clenching my jaw or grinding my teeth at night and its causing bruxism and that I need a mouth guard! I told Dr. Oh that I do not, nor have I ever grinded my teeth. But he insisted that lots of people do it without knowing in their sleep. They suggested I see an oral facial surgeon, who confirmed that I do not grind my teeth at all, and a night guard is not needed, and he doesnt know why Dr. Oh would even suggest that. I told Debbie at the front desk that I’m worried it’s TMJ, to which she actually had the nerve to laugh and say it’s not TMJ, because "TMJ is a whole ordeal" but that they can refer me to a specialist. As of today - still constant clicking and popping when I open my mouth at all. The pain is always there. I called Debbie this morning to have her ask Dr Oh if he’s going to be helping pay the expenses I now have to pay to see a TMJ specialist-almost 900 dollars just for one visit and for them to xray my joints.
She said they don’t help pay “unrelated expenses” and I told her it IS related. I’ve never had an issue with my jaw joint EVER nor have I ever had a problem at the dentist up until seeing Dr Oh. I expressed to Debbie that it’s extremely unfair I have to now live with potentially permanent damage to my jaw joint and he needs to do the right thing in this instance. Apparently the right them for them is hang up on me because that’s exactly what she did. They ignored my phone calls and voicemails all last week, to finally just get hung up on today and told that it’s not their problem. I'm actually shocked that a dental office is choosing to handle things this way. I paid almost 1800 dollars for them to injure my jaw, perhaps permanently. It also prevented me from working for a couple months because I was in so much constant pain. So I lost time, money (and will continue to loose money thanks to Dr. Oh), but most importantly, I lost my most basic bodily function of being able to move my mouth normally. I absolutely do not recommend this practice.
