I have had them for over a year and they are extreme unorganized. They constantly have you waiting for over an hour. Literally i was getting my teeth worked on amd she stopped in the middle of my filling to have a whole conversation with her assistant about a pumpkin decoration. So unprofeassional and i am currently looking for another dentist. Horrible customer service.

I had a terrible experience many years ago. It took her 2 hours to remove a wisdom tooth. The worst part was that I still suffered in pain for 2 weeks afterwards. I never went back. If you need a wisdom tooth pulled, go to a surgeon.

Dance Effect Miami

Today I arrived at the dentist office on time at 5:48pm. I called out of work to make this appointment which was at 6pm. As I’m waiting to be seen, a Caucasian fellow comes in. Not only does this guy who clearly is late gets seen before me, after 20 minutes go by, it is my turn.

I tell the assistant that I am in pain and moments later I am being lead to sit in the room and receive one X-ray. 30 minutes later the assistant comes back and tells me what needs to be done and the cost. My response is I get paid tomorrow however I can pay the $50 that is owed. She says payment needs to be received before we can do anything while I’m holding my head in pain.

The issue is that I have sat in the chair and overheard customers of the caucasian race asking the head dentist how much is owed today and the head dentist responding you can pay later. I’m in pain and took off to be on time to be held up for an hour and let go with zero procedures done. This is an outrage! It has been a ride with this dentist who till this day never gets my last name correct. I would suggest that you detour away from this dentist office unless you are one of those people that receives special treatment!!!!!!!
