I don't like that my daughter is under age sitting in the waiting room without me and we both have a doctors appointment not cool fix that. Be more compassionate, my child is special needs.

Heather Wilmore Is a terrible provider. She asked us rudely why we were there after the office called to make an after ER follow up. When we told her she looked at us like we were not supposed to be there. She didn’t want to order anything. That is not patient centered care. She should not be practicing if she has no compassion to do so. Its a disgrace to the nursing profession. DO BETTER!!!!!

I don’t even know where to start. This establishment doesn’t even deserve a star. My daughter came in for an emergency dental visit and other than the people at the front desk and the financial aid representative, they are extremely rude! Rolling their eyes at a minor who has anxiety, rolling their eyes at me, and just very unprofessional. They had to extract a tooth, and after finishing gave very little VERBAL instructions.

We ended up having to return because her mouth wouldn’t stop bleeding. They acted like I did something terrible and had to end up putting a couple stitches in. Needless to say, I won’t be returning .

Alicia helped me set up an appointment and she was so friendly! I'm a grown adult that is scared of phone calls, but she was so kind and funny that I completely forgot I was even setting an appointment! She was very informative, answered all my questions even if I asked them multiple times. I haven't even had my appointment yet but it already gave me a great impression!
