I wanna thank dr. Golrich and his beautiful and kind assistant Shirley so much for putting my fears at ease . I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years and needless to say iam so scared and afraid of going due to embarrassment of not taking care of my teeth . Shirley was so kind to me talking and laughing w me making me feel so comfortable.

Grafton Smile Care is the best dental office that I have ever been to. They are all so kind and supportive. They have worked with me when I was having a difficult time and are still working with me during good times. If it wasn't for Dr. Scot Goldrich and his caring staff, I would not be able to smile. My teeth were in awful shape.

Now, I can show my pearly whites to everyone. When people ask me how I keep my teeth so well, I always tell them about the wonderful dentist that I have. No one could have made my teeth look better. My smile is very important since I am on our Welcome Committee at First Baptist Church of Newport News. Almost every Sunday, I have a chance to share my wonderful experience at Grafton Smile Care. Thanks to their awesome care, I can SMILE!

Recently started going to Dr. Golrich and his staff at Grafton Smile Care, and cannot be happy enough that I did! From the receptionist to the hygienist, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I appreciated being given explanations and suggestions about everything discussed and felt that they really took the time to be thorough. Highly recommend this practice!

I recently switched to Grafton Smile Care and we could not be happier! Dr. Golrich and his staff are so friendly and make dental appointments a breeze. Dr. Golrich takes the time to explain what is happening to his patients, is very gentle, and makes sure you are comfortable during your entire appointment.

Sharon and Carleigh are so friendly and helpful when you come in and it is so easy to make an appointment. If you aren’t a fan of the dentist and dread going like we used to, make the switch to Dr. Golrich! We no longer stress and worry about appointments and my kids actually love going to the dentist now!
