I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office . From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. The dentist was condescending, disregarding my concerns, and making me feel uncomfortable rather than cared for. Instead of explaining procedures clearly, they belittled my questions, which made the entire experience stressful.

I have had consistently amazing experiences at Gramercy Dental Suite for the past four years. The entire team is welcoming, kind, and truly makes you feel like family. Every dental hygienist who has performed my cleanings has been thorough yet gentle, always considerate of my comfort. Dr. Edwards is, without a doubt, the best dentist I’ve ever had. His expertise focuses not only on oral health but also on long-term dental aesthetics.

He takes the time to explain every step and decision thoroughly and is exceptional at pain management—perfect for anyone who feels nervous or is sensitive to discomfort during or after a visit. As someone with less-than-ideal dental genetics, I’ve never been in better shape—virtually pain- and cavity-free—thanks to Dr. Edwards’ care and expertise. I think I’ve found my forever dentist, the vibe of the office was warm and friendly. All of his staff were lovely and helped me relax!!!!everyone was efficient especially the dentist, who was exceptional, he discussed things in way I could understand and he made me feel confident that we could solve my dental issue.

—— I need to add to this review because today I had a dental emergency and while I was freaking out, the dentist and his staff completely calmed me down! I left the office with a solution to correct what was happening- this is absolutely THE BEST dental practice I’ve ever found! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I’ve been coming for a few years now. Dr. Edwards and Lauren the hygienist are excellent! I never feel like Dr. Edwards is trying to sell me unnecessary procedures.

And Lauren always does an effective but gentle clean. I’ve always had my teeth cleaned at least twice a year and have had some lack luster dentists and hygienists. It’s hard to find the perfect combination, so I’m really glad I found this place.
