Gum Grafting and Cosmetic Gum Surgery: Procedures designed to replace lost gum tissue, protect tooth roots, and improve the aesthetics of the smile through reshaping procedures. Tooth Extractions: Performed when teeth are extensively damaged, decayed, or causing overcrowding. Bone Grafting: A common in-office surgical procedure to correct bone deficiencies and provide support for teeth or dental implants. Treating Loose Teeth & Bite Problems: Addressing issues that can arise from periodontal disease or excessive stress on teeth. Biopsy and Oral Pathology: Diagnosis and treatment of oral lesions and conditions. The clinic prides itself on providing a comfortable and patient-centered experience. They work closely with referring dentists but also welcome direct referrals. I am a new patient who was referred by my dentist. I found Dr. Sinacola extremely knowledgeable and professional. She and her staff were very friendly and personable. Everything was carefully explained to me and they took the time to be sure I was comfortable during each of my procedures. The only reason I gave then 4 stars instead of 5 was the cost. The care itself was top notch.

Long review, but worth the read to protect your information. I recently when to see Dr. Sinacola for a cosmetic crown lengthening consult. I should have trusted my gut from the beginning regarding customer service, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. First, when they called to confirm my appointment I was unavailable. I called back the same day- first call no answer and the instructions are not to leave a message and to call back. So, I did again- still no answer. The only message you’re able to leave is on the emergency phone. One of the staff followed up another day with a text message, and in the text asked me not to text back- but, I did because that was the only way to attempt getting through to them. My appointment was confirmed. Prior to my appointment they didn’t offer to have me complete new patient paperwork so I showed up 15 minutes early to my 4pm time (on my own accord, not by their request) completed the paperwork and then waited… Nobody came to tell me they were running behind or communicate the delay. Eventually I was brought back by Abby at 4:15. She was kind, but had misinformation about why I was being seen.

I quickly explained why, then she took photos. I waited another 20 (maybe more) minutes before the doctor came in… she came in and was mostly professional, but fumbled around looking up Google images to show me examples of the work she would do… not her own work, not images patients agreed to share, not even a photo book or pamphlet from the office. I also had to ask what treatment looked like, how recovery goes, etc. it was not willingly provided. At checkout I paid for the consult- and was asked to sign a Tx Plan that was valid for 6 months. My Tx Plan was printed and given to me along with my receipt. The next day I realized the front desk staff mistakenly stapled a “daily production and income” sheet to my receipt. I was shocked. Patient names, provider names, insurance companies, cost… all right there for me to see. I was unable to bring the paper to them on 3/11, but brought it to them today, 3/12. I walked in and stated they accidentally stapled a production sheet to my receipt- to which one girl responded “oh, it’s fine. I probably just reprinted it. ” I looked at the other woman and said “this is PHI.

It’s confidential patient information. I should not have it and I don’t want it in my possession. ” I handed the paper over, they both said thanks, and I left. I’ve worked in medical and dental settings most of my adult life- customer service and communication are huge to me, but keeping my personal information protected is the absolute most important thing!! And they dropped the ball on both. They were unbothered that they handed out patient information last names A-J who were seen on 3/10/25. Huge red flag. Extremely concerning. I will not be having my treatments done there. Hindsight, I should have informed the doctor, but the goal wasn’t to get anyone reprimanded or malicious intent. It’s very unsettling and I hope for their patient’s sake this is the only time something like this has happened. I’m an honest person, but someone else might not have been.

So far a great experience. I needed a frenulum released and gingival graft. They made sure I was comfortable for the whole procedure. I’m 24 hours out still pain free! Hopefully all heals well, but would definitely recommend them to a family member/friend.

The only negative was my first scheduled appt where I waited almost an hour in the lobby. I had a baby at home, so the unexpected waits are very hard for me. They just seem very busy!
