My husband and I have had several bad experiences with this dentistry. Twice now, they no longer take our insurance. Last year we switched our dental insurance to keep them and not restart with a new dentist, but it just happened again and right after our work had an open season to switch insurance (was an unhappy surprise to get this in the mail over the holidays and right before our next appointment). My husband also paid out of pocket once because the admin claimed they took our insurance, but ended up being of network before the first time we switched (large bill too as x-rays were taken).

Seems we have to be insurance experts and switch every year with this place. Do not recommend and really unfortunate as they are so close to where we live.

Avoid. Horrible new front office staff. Previous staff was great. They cancel appointments last minute without appropriate communication, claiming to leave a voicemail which there was not, even after taking your children out of school early for the appointment and showing up.

Great place for a dentist when Dr.

Ross was there! New people there now and just dont have it like Ross did! Office staff claimed that I missed an appointment when I was in fact there for that appointment because the tech that did my cleaning did not even finish with the polish she was in such a hurry to go! Apparently did not even put in the system that she did my cleaning! Funny how my insurance got the bill though huh?! Not a 5 star!
