I would give them a five star review if Google offered a negative option. The review would be -5 stars. Along with the rude unhelpful staff, It also smelled poorly, like BO & wet dog in the office. The smell made sense after the dental surgeons assistant came into the office from the back complaining about all the dog hair she had on her.
While waiting without help, I witnessed an elderly woman who stated she was a long time 40-year patient being refused to be seen, being told her appointment without her knowledge was pushed back over a week. Good for her that she canceled her new appointment and told the staff that she'd be going somewhere else, as will I.

I have been a patient for a very long time but over the years the dental office hasn't been to great. They hit a few nerves in my gums and not I can’t eat anything sweet or cold without pain. They took my insurance unlike anywhere else but I am now paying for better dental care somewhere else.

I’m already anxious when it comes to the dentist but I just had the WORST experience I’ve had with a dentist. I saw Kimberly Bates. I’ll start with her work looks great but her “bedside manner” is atrocious! She didn’t address me once not even a hello. She was physically rough.
Instead of telling me to turn my head she would jerk my head. I was fighting a panic attack the entire time she was working on me. I honestly felt like cattle and not like a living breathing human. I will never be back and I don’t recommend anyone go to her unless they want to be traumatized!!

The staff and dentists were so friendly, quick, and focused. I was able to get an appointment that I was denied for at other locations within 2 months and got almost everything fixed within 2 hours here. Great experience!!
