The girl at the front desk needs to find a new job. She’s rude. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and she said my insurance wasn’t good… I explained nicely I had just used it at the pharmacy and Dr etc. she said she would call some number to find out some info.

Perfect. She called me back and said yeah you don’t have dental on your insurance I nicely said ok thank you for calling and finding out she said YEAH and slammed the phone down. No need to be so rude especially when I was nice to you. Get a new job if you hate it that much!

What a horrible experience. For starters, they don’t have individual rooms. While you’re waiting to get your teeth cleaned, you have to sit there and listen to the person next to you gurgle, spit, and cough up stuff. Don’t go in with a weak stomach. Also, Felicia is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t follow proper sanitation protocol.

She was taking me to get an X-ray and on our way to the back, she picked up some trash from the floor and then prepared something to be placed in my mouth, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I had to ask her to redo the setup with gloves on. She also will talk about cleaning up patients blood that were sitting in the “room” next to you. Everything’s open, so you can hear it all. Again, gross.

And this is on top of them blasting music at one point, giving me the wrong change back with my payment, and staff (Felicia) walking around gossiping about other people. Do not go to this place if you have a choice. I give it two stars because the girl that was actually working on my teeth was wonderful, but she was the only good experience at this location.
