We come here for braces. Although my kids' teeth are getting straighter, and this place was $1,000 cheaper than others, I do not recommend it. They are not respectful of other people's time. On our first visit, they had us marked down for invisalign, even though only braces were discussed. They sent us away because they didn't have brackets to put on my kids teeth. Of course we were upset, especially with my kids missing school and we live quite a distance away. The next time we had the first appointment in the morning. We got here and waited. The assistant rushed in the front door 10-15 min after our schedule appointment and called us back right away.
They got their upper brackets on that day. 3rd appointment went fine. 4th appointment, my daughter was supposed to get her bottom brackets on, but the orthodontist told me that whoever scheduled it did not schedule enough time. 5th appointment - we got here at 10:55 for our 11am appointment. At 11:25, an employee rushed in the front door and called us back right away. Then we waited another 10 min or so. My son got called back during that time. My daughter got her bottom brackets on and we went out in the waiting area to schedule our next visit. We saw the orthodontist walk in with Starbucks.
At 12:18, I was wondering what was taking so long for my son so I went back to check. He had two brackets that needed replaced and had been waiting a long time (should have been 20 min but it had been about 45). Apparently, the assistant could not find the orthodontist to put his brackets back on, because he was getting Starbucks. Right when we got in the car one of my daughter's bottom brackets fell off. They did not stick it back on, they just clipped her wire shorter. We have only had one smooth visit that went the way it was supposed to go otherwise I hate writing negative reviews and I would not have written this. This is our experience so far.

Had pain for 3 days following the x rays here where I'd never had ever before. Dr was rude and did not listen to me at all. Went to another dentist and got exactly what I needed from them no issues whatsoever. Would never go back.

Gabi (Gabby) is very amazing. She's very informative and kind. I appreciate her patience with my questions. Both her and another assistant (who loves to sing and is funny) take your mind off a dental office.

Dentist was amazing, he told me everything he was going before he did it. The staff was singing along to music playing and were all so kind. I was so nervous. Being there where they all were enjoying the work day made it relaxing. They made sure I was comfortable and ok. I had 4 teeth pulled and it was great experience. Thank you!
