I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. It was like a retail location aggressively pushing unneeded services. They even called me at work to push unwanted services after my wife already said no. The apron put on my daughter for X-rays was filthy, she did not feel comfortable there at all, and left in tears.

After two attempts at X-rays, we still left with images that were poorly pieced together and not clear. If I could leave it at 0 stars I would, but it would not allow me to submit without.

I came in with need of repairs. I was greeted with professional and prepared staff. While filling out my paperwork I was able to witness the staff interaction. They were funny, helpful to each and made me feel very comfortable. My dentist was thorough, honest, and confident in her abilities. Looking forward to working together on my dental needs!!

Poor experience and a waste of time. My initial appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start time. Staff said they checked my coverage on the phone, but once I was in and had started my appointment they informed me they had spoken to a company manager I wasn't eligible. I checked with my insurance provider and they said everything was in order and to try a different dentist office.

The exam chairs are worn out. The only dentist there was talking about leaving the company.

Highly don’t recommend. I scheduled an appointment for March 31st. They took my insurance over the phone and assured me that they accepted it. On March 31st, I arrived for my appointment. The secretary says, “You’re appointment is not here, it’s at Reynoldsburg”. She gave me no explanation of why my appointment was moved to Reynoldsburg. I did not schedule my appointment at the Reynoldsburg location. Additionally, I received a text confirmation that my appointment was at this location.

Very strange, but I rescheduled my appointment at this location for the next day (April 1st at 11:00). I confirmed with the secretary that my appointment was set. To my surprise, at 8:30AM on April 1st Great Expressions called me and said, “We can’t see you today. We don’t take your insurance yet, but you can be seen at Reynoldsburg. ” Although they’re listed for accepting my insurance. In conclusion, my initial appointment was moved to Reynoldsburg without notice. Then, my 2nd appointment was canceled just hours before. I took off of work for the 31st and the 1st.

The secretary did not explain anything about not accepting my insurance when I came in on March 31st. If she would’ve simply said, “We don’t accept your insurance, but Reynoldsburg does”, I wouldn’t have rescheduled here. They’re extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Two days of taking off of work has been wasted. Do not book an appointment here unless you want a headache.
