This dentist office is a total ripoff! I went in for a simple cleaning and ended up paying almost $200! This dentist office methodically doesn’t explain extra treatment that you’re getting which drives up your cost. I’m not a dentist, so I wouldn’t know the extra treatment unless it was explained to me. Other offices explain extra treatment but this office gives it to you anyway without you knowing! Then once you check out it’s “again” not explained leaving you with $100-150 in extra charges. I knew I was taken advantage of as I was walking out.

And another person was walking in with the same complaint. Do not trust these people they do things to drive up charges without you knowing.

This place is totally a ripoff. You can go in only planning for a simple cleaning and end up paying over $200 in fees. They have a methodical way of not explaining anything about the treatment you’re getting and will not explain the treatment you’re signing up for.

I paid over $100 dollars in extra charges to be told to my face that I would be compensated and haven’t received a penny back. Absolutely the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to.

At first I was getting a little bit frustrated, because I was waiting for about 30-45 minutes. But once I got in they turned out to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions that I had about my teeth/gums and they helped out a lot.

When my husband and I relocated to Peachtree City five years ago, we decided to take a chance on a dental clinic despite the mixed reviews. The main draw was its convenient location, and we thought, “How bad could it be?” Unfortunately, it soon became clear that we had underestimated the challenges we would face. Frequent last-minute cancellations due to staffing shortages quickly became a source of frustration. This issue ultimately wore my husband down, leading him to find another dentist who could offer more reliability.

I tried to be patient, but the high turnover—whether it was the front desk staff or hygienists—made each visit more unpredictable than the last. Even when faced with unexpected upcharges, I held on, partly because I genuinely liked the dentist. I even opened up to her about my concerns regarding the inconsistent staff. However, my tolerance hit its limit during my most recent visit.

I arrived for my cleaning appointment at 8:10 AM—literally just a few minutes late—only to be told I had to reschedule. To make matters worse, I was met by a completely new team of faces that left me feeling lost and frustrated. That was it for me; I realized it was time to seek a new dental home. The search is on!
