Dr. T. Gross is a excellent dentist. I had a tooth pulled and a bridge started. The procedure was completely painless. His staff are very kind and caring. I would highly recommend him.

2/2022 - I was recommended to Dr Gross by my husband, and daughters softball coach. I could tell right away they don't care about anything other than cost and getting in and out. I will definitely say the front desk staff and Emily, the dental hygienist, was very friendly and welcoming. But I unfortunately can't say the same for Dr Gross. This was my first visit and he didn't even introduce himself or say hi before he looked at my xrays and put his hands in my mouth.

I don't like it but I would've expected that from someone you've seen several times. . . but not from someone you've never seen in your life. He was not with me more than two minutes max.

Needless to say, my first impression of him was not good. But I do like Emily, so I'm gonna try again. ****Update: 2/4/25-Took me two years but I went back about a crown I had done by someone else two months ago and they continue to say nothing wrong so I wanted a second opinion. Dr Gross was very friendly this time and explained slowly what he thought was wrong and referred me to a specialist.
