Grove Dental is not what it used to be. I drive 45 minutes to come here because I love my hygienist. However the last two visits for cleanings they had no dentist in the office that day to perform the exam. This last time I was not even notified prior to my appointment.

They expect me to come back at a separate time now for X-rays and exam by a dentist. Office staff didn’t even really seem to care when I shared my concerns. I think it’s time for me to find a new dentist closer to home.

This is by far the best dental group I’ve ever been to. I am so sad that due to my workplace insurance changes, I won’t be able to come here anymore. But, to give you perspective, I’ve driven over an hour each way to get my cleanings, fillings, crown, and wisdom teeth removals here.
