I recently had the pleasure of visiting Grover Dental Care, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The clinic is modern, spotless, and designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Dr. Nikhil is truly exceptional—his professionalism, expertise, and gentle approach immediately put you at ease. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all the questions with patience, and made sure my mom felt completely comfortable throughout.

His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients are unmatched. The entire staff at Grover Dental Clinic is equally amazing. From the friendly reception team who greeted me with warm smiles to the skilled dental assistants who were incredibly supportive, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. They work seamlessly as a team, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment.

I can’t recommend Dr. Nikhil and his fantastic team enough! If you’re looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

I had a new hygienist named Matthew who was super friendly and efficient, and I appreciated how painless he made the gum measurement process when I’ve had negative experiences with it in the past. The dentist Dr.

Whig actually spent time with me to discuss my tooth health and answer my questions, which was great.

Summer Love

We’ve been long-time patients at Grover Dental on Hayden, and while we’ve always been happy with the hygienists and dental care itself, the ongoing billing and administrative issues have become impossible to overlook. For years, we were required to pay upfront with a credit cards — but there were multiple instances where the office also submitted the insurance claim to pay the provider and not reimbursing us. This resulted in Grover Dental receiving double payments on several occasions. Getting refunds has been a nightmare. I eventually received a couple of them, but only after multiple follow-ups and months of waiting — and I’m still waiting on one refund from last year. I’ve made many phone calls, spoken with several different people, and at one point someone from accounting acknowledged the double payment and promised to call me back with next steps. That call never came. After months of silence, I followed up again.

It took several more attempts before someone from accounting finally returned my call — only to say they couldn’t find any record of the overpayment, and instead claimed I actually owed money for my daughter’s appointment from eight months ago. I asked how that could be possible, especially since we had switched to direct insurance billing specifically to avoid tracking payments ourselves and prevent this kind of issue — and we have two solid insurance plans. I also asked why this was never mentioned during the many appointments we had since then. She put me on hold, and when she came back, she casually admitted that the office had never submitted the insurance paperwork and she will look into the double payment and get back to me. That was the moment I realized there’s simply no reliable way to avoid billing confusion or errors at this practice. Even opting for direct billing didn’t solve the problem. It’s incredibly frustrating and time consuming. I still haven’t heard back about the refund at the time of writing this review but at this point I am ready to give up on it.

I am more worried about future issue. It would be a chance that I could be told years after that I owe them hundred or even thousand of dollars because they forget to submit the insurance claim and the time window for submission has passed. Because of this, we might have to move our family somewhere else. I hate to move because of the bad billing/accounting errors but we might have to. Again, the dental care itself has always been good, and we truly appreciate the hygienists and dentists.

Great experience at Dr. Grover’s. Dianna😇, the coordinator, was amazing and helped me through the entire process ,including my tooth restoration. Smooth service and highly recommend.
