I wish I could give this place zero stars. My children have been patients here for nearly four years without any issues—until recently. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has significantly declined. The newest staff member, Alexis, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She lacks the communication skills necessary to handle patients and their families, and her attitude was unacceptable. There has been constant turnover at the front desk since we started coming here, and this latest experience was the worst by far.

I asked Alexis to have the practice manager, Nakia, call me over a week ago, and it’s clear the message was never passed along. Nakia herself was also unhelpful and dismissive. This practice used to be warm, welcoming, and well-managed. It's disappointing to see how much it has changed. After years of being loyal patients, we’ve decided to leave due to this unacceptable level of service.

We got our appointment date wrong (came a month early) and they still accommodated us. Everyone in the office was great with my little talker and super nice. Shelly was great cleaning my littles teeth and keeping her smiling.
