I inquired online about a new patient appointment for my son and within 24hrs someone had not only called me back, but had him scheduled for the next day! Michelle was super patient while I tried to gather the insurance information and even helped break down the costs for my son’s fillings that he had done (SAME DAY!). LOOK NO FURTHER!! I found Dr. Gum via Facebook advertising. She had excellent reviews online so I booked a consult for Invisalign treatment. I’ve always had crooked teeth and ongoing dental health issues since childhood. Unfortunately, my parents weren’t consistent with dental routines and visits. Consequently, dentists and dental visits give me an overwhelming sense of anxiety.

However, I can finally say after meeting Dr. Gum, I’ve found THE ONE! She’s knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and gentle. I’m a month away from finishing my treatment plan and so far, so great! In addition, her office staff are absolutely FANTASTIC as well! Namely Michelle:). I’m always greeted with a sincere smile! My appointments have always run ON-TIME with EFFICIENCY!! Kudos to Dr. Gum & her Team!

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team, from the receptionists to the dentists, were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. The clinic itself was immaculately clean and well-organized, which immediately put my mind at ease.

The equipment was state-of-the-art, and the attention to detail was impressive. But what truly sets this clinic apart is the outstanding care and expertise of the dental team. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My only regret is not having discovered this clinic sooner!
