I am utterly disgusted! I visited the pediatric side today and had one of your hygienist named Amy, walk out of the clinical setting into the checkout area holding a basic setup. She came over to my child & I and her first words were not hi or to introduce herself but “Hey girls as she proceeded to open up a sterilizing pouch and forcefully place a scaler in my hand without gloves. Barking at my child to open up as to demonstrate the texture of her sealant.

And after I conveyed that I know what sealants are and how they are placed she then asked what was our complaint. I never suggested I had an issue, I asked my child how was her visit and my child said that there was something sharp in her mouth. When I expressed this to Amy she then said why didn’t you say so? What!!!! How atrocious? We were not pulled aside? We were not asked if we had any questions or concerns? We were standing in the checkout area trying to book a check up for the next 6 months when this lady came speed walking up to us very aggressively and angrily.

I never want her to work on my child again!! Ive been coming here for over 12yrs and Ive never experience such Loutish behavior. I AM APPALLED!!! The only time the instruments should leave the clinical floor or operatory is if to have them cleaned!!! WE ALL KNOW THIS ESPECIALLY AS DENTAL PERSONNEL. ITS AGAINST OSHA!!!

Hamilton dental is the best dentist office,in Mercer County I want there as a young child when the office was open on East state Street. in Trenton they are very gentle with children and at one time I was scared of the dentist and now I’m not they definitely know what to do when it comes down to children and dental work they make you feel at home. The office Staff is very down to earth and get you in and out.

I love everything about the staff and how well they take care of our kids here everyone is always super friendly no one has attitudes and they do their job well. Always making the kid feel comfortable is there too priority and you can tell. I only give it 4/5 stars because of the wait time and how far they have to schedule appointments if it’s something that needs to be done kind of sooner rather than later.

Again staff is amazing and I’m aware the fullness of the place and wait time isn’t their control they have nothing to do with it I just think Hamilton dental needs to have more locations in the area so the entire town isn’t just going to just this one office. I’m also aware there are other locations but this is obviously the most convenient one so I think they either need to expand it and hire more staff or have another one close by.

This was my second visit with my daughter for her braces journey. The staff is professional & efficient. Notes for school are always ready. The orthodontist is courteous & skilled.

The dental hygienists are super nice & informative. My daughter started with braces on the top for now due to her chewing/bite mouth closure issues but will get braces on the bottom in a few months. Looking forwards to the complete procedure journey of the braces with this orthodontist. Thank you!
