well, the doctor and his assistants were rude. there’s only one doctor and the rest are assistants. very rude and not very sympathetic. asked some question on my procedure and it seemed like i was bothering them by wanting to know what they’re going to do to my teeth? very poor attitude. along with assisting us, it is also their job to reassure their patients, and warmly let us in if what they’re doing for us.

imagine if i came there scared. . it would only give me more anxiety considering how rude and unsympathetic they are. i wouldn’t recommend going here.

I got two root canals done here i was so scared prior to coming, but the dentist was actually very gentle, the entire staff are very pleasant people and helpful. The staff are professional and really take care of your needs. I came back in 2 weeks to get my crowns done and i love them, they match perfectly to my original teeth.

I recommend this dentist branch to everyone. They are better than eastern dental i love this place.

I’ve been to the dentist about two or three times first time I was seen there to fill a cavity and they cut my tongue with the dental tools and I was numbed up so I didn’t feel anything happen to my tongue I left there and while brushing my teeth I notice a cut on my tongue so I called them and asked them why didn’t they make me aware that they cut my tongue during the procedure they didn’t have any answers for me but just kept apologizing. Unacceptable Second time I went I scheduled a root canal two weeks prior to what my appointment was scheduled for . I get a call the day of my appointment asking me if I can come in a little earlier then my appointment time I said yes.

So when I show up they check me in put me in the exam chair and then turn around and tell me they can’t do the procedure because I haven’t been there in a while and that they need X-rays and to get approval from the insurance company. Why was I not notified or told about this the day I scheduled my appointment or when they called me to ask me to come in earlier to my appointment why was I not told on the phone then. I could have spent this time trying to find another dentist because of my mouth pain.

I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Don’t go here.

This dentist is trash don't go..he was doing 2 other patients while doing my dental work..left spaces between my teeth so every time I eat I need a toothpick...my gums are turning colors. I lost my insurance is the reason I went there..never again...🤐
