1st visit, mouth was numb to my liking, she completed my procedure with zero pain. Dr Hamouri is a great dentist and i would absolutely 100% recommend, Her dental staff is informative and made my first visit great, but dont come booking her all up because i need my appointments 🤣🤣🤣 LEAVE SPACE FOR ME! 😂 would recommend 100 times over

I wasn’t given an option to get dentures or fix my old dentures. The young lady said I was approved for both but after getting my old dentures repaired the office manager said I can’t get both. That’s the reason I went to get new dentures was because mine were too big not the right color teeth or gums. The lady that done my dentures. Tried fixing my old ones but I’m still not satisfied. Its not fair that no one gave me options.
Or a treatment plan. Now I’m still back at square 1 no dentures. Very unprofessional. Rude and I’m not satisfied. I will be reporting this .

I would not recommend this place! Been coming here for over 20 years. The quality of the work has gone down significantly and so has the staff. This place used to be great. Thousands of dollars of dental work done wrong and we are talking months just to get a crown made. The staff isn’t trained properly and are very unprofessional. Who wants to get their teeth cleaned and just listen to the staff bad mouth their own boss.
Business is run terribly. I don’t understand how you can be one of the first people there in the morning but still have to wait forever to be seen. Literally there’s no patients anymore. They have all left. The whole purpose of. making appointments first thing in the morning when a place opens up is to not have to wait long knowing they shouldn’t be backed up.
Some how this place manages to make you wait forever when you’re the only one in the waiting room. So after all these frustrations I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere like everyone else has. Now they refuse to give me my dental records for the past 20 years. I can understand not having my records from the previous owner but saying they don’t have any of my records for the past 5 years with the new owner and all the work I’ve had done and money spent is childish and very unprofessional.

I put an 2 only because of the specific technician and Dr. Hamouri herself were excellent, or else I would have given a 1. The admin team and office manager do not have good communication skills as they both give different information. I was told when I called and asked that they do in fact take my insurance. When I arrived, I was taken in and was treated very well. The actual hygienist cleaning my teeth was excellent and very sweet. The only discrepancy I had with her was that she also gave me false information. She asked if I wanted fluoride and I asked, does my insurance cover it, and she said yes it does. So I said yes. I later found out that it’s not covered.
Also, when I was paying for my treatment plan for my cavities to be filled, I found out then that my insurance is actually out of network and that I would have to pay a larger co pay. I didn’t catch the fluoride portion as it was next to my treatment plan and the bill wasn’t broken down or explained to me. It was my fault for not verifying. I paid for my plan and scheduled my treatment plan. I then Got a phone call from the officer manager saying that my insurance no longer is in network. She also gave me false information about active duty military and told me that dependents are now required to go on base. When I called United Concordia they said that is false and we are required to see civilian doctors. I then told her I was told differently. She apologized on their behalf. But didn’t change anything.
I decided to cancel my treatment plan with them and request a refund and go somewhere where I am covered. The refund took over a month to get to the and the full amount was not given back. I asked about the amount snd $100 of it went to the fluoride treatment I was given. I told her the technician told me it was covered at 100% with my insurance and they said, no I’m not sure why they said that and left it as is and didn’t give me the full amount. I was very upset but hung up. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I understand people make mistakes but this office has shown multiple times that they do not communicate well within their group and unfortunately the patients suffer for it. I feel bad for Dr. Hamouri as she is an excellent doctor but also is responsible for her team and their conduct. I DO not recommend this office staff and will not be returning!
