From the moment I walked through the door, I are greeted with a warm welcome. Eileen at the front office is super sweet and very courteous. The dental hygienist and dentist are the best! They were caring and made my visit to the dentist a pleasant one.

At first, I went here because it was conveniently located near my home, but my initial visit and experience exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and friendly dental office Happy smiles dental in Clarksburg is that place. 😄

To begin with, I have had a great experience with all the doctors and the care they have provided. I went in for my regular annual cleaning and I am also going to them for my crown replacement. However, I never had any communication issues when it came to scheduling appointments or getting follow ups. However, after they installed the temporary crown replacement, they told me they would follow up and reach out once the new crown comes in.

It has been almost 2 weeks if not more and I have not heard anything back. My brother went for his first appointment a few days ago and they told him that I can come since the crown is here already. I was not informed of that and apparently it’s here at the clinic but have gotten no communication from their end. I texted them but no response.

I normally have no issues following up but I just figure the very same clinic who was so frequent with their communications and follow ups now all of a sudden no update on my crown, or even informed me that it was here, and to top it off are telling another patient to tell me that my crown is here. Not sure if something got lost in communication but I am quite surprised at this patient-clinic interaction .

I visited Happy Smiles Dental for a dental filling and had a great experience. The entire process was quick, painless, and handled with a lot of care and professionalism. Dr. H made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything clearly.

The filling looks and feels great — no discomfort at all afterward. I really appreciated the clean clinic, friendly staff, and the overall calming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Dr. H to anyone needing dental work done right!
