Wish I could give a negative star. . Horrible experience. Had a appointment to get 2 teeth pulled, they said let’s just do one and see how you like our ways. . Literally told them I’m freaked out about getting a tooth pulled, asked if they have the gas to help, no response. Said I will go elsewhere if they don’t feel they can do it. . The lady working on my teeth acted like she didn’t even want to pull it, kept trying to get me to change my mind, said “it’s one of the hardest, are you sure”, “I can save it” (it’s broken and no saving). .

I’ve had half my teeth already pulled out so your telling me nothing. Shot me with the numbing, then instantly started pulling. Hurt like hell. I’m sure the people in waiting room heard me scream in pain. . she then walked away, heard her saying “he isn’t getting numb” came right back in, Shot again, then instantly started yanking again. Hurt even worse. Had to sit up it hurt so bad, Told her I don’t think I can do this, your not even numbing it completely and it’s throbbing like crazy now. . she huffed and walked away.

Real professional. Had the helper come ask what I was doing, then proceeded to push me to the counter for payment for absolutely nothing but more pain. . who then the guy at the desk said when people are nervous, they don’t numb easily. . . . (what!!??) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Awesome staff and great experience everytime. I've been coming here forbthe past 6yrs for myself and kiddos, dr is very knowledgable and all staff members are compassionate about their work and emotional support. Had 5 crowns done, two root canals, two teeth pulled including a molar and I come every six mos for my cleaning.

God bless you guys, keep up tje good work😁 Also, Dr Fadi is cool and blissful! Thank you Dr Awanis for the hard work.
